Live from FEI 2013: Personalized Health Care is Where We Need to Go

What an interesting opening keynote by Dr. David Agus. It seems many of the things that we thought we knew about health are inaccurate. Did you know that Vitamin D is not right for everyone? According to Dr. Agus "with enough data error goes away."

What does this mean? The key to improving health care may lie with personalizing medicine. And, this starts with collecting data and having a discussion with your doctor. Some quick points for improving your health includes building regularity into your routine to help with cognition and overall well being and eating real foods like those found in a Mediterranean diet.
